This is directed at any band member (or members) who would like to respond.

Has Shakedown ever performed any tunes that were either not originals or tunes actually performed by the GD or Jerry Bands ?

If so , what other bands have you performed and can you list any tunes in particular (especially favorites) ?

If you haven't , would you ever consider putting a non-Dead tune into your setlist(s) ?

I mean let's face it , The Dead were always breaking out some kewl new covers from time to time , and being there to hear one of them (kinda like The Weight @ Nassau) is just amazing !! I mean I never even knew The GD did Gimme Shelter , but I assume the must have , as I saw The Dead break this one out on the last tour at MSG. I mean I was creamin when I heard the 1st few notes and I realized what was coming (no pun intended). I was like "wow , I NEVER knew The Dead did this tune , but I'll take it" !!
